Accuracy varies by audio quality, speakers, noise, accents, and recording conditions. Scribewave does not promise 100% accuracy; results vary with audio quality.
3 14-day trial?
Each monthly plan includes a 14-day trial.
4 Access?
An activation code is delivered by email after purchase.
5 Offline?
Uploading requires an internet connection.
6 Browsers?
Use a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari browser.
7 Four plan differences?
Reel: 2 hours/1 language. Tape: 10 hours/3 languages. Deck: 30 hours/10 languages with summaries and chapters. Archive: fair-use unlimited hours/30+ languages with batch API.
8 Upgrade/downgrade?
Plan changes are handled through the subscription flow; timing and prorations depend on the payment provider.
9 Cancel?
Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next monthly charge.

11 Who owns my files?
You retain rights to your recordings. Uploads are processed for transcription and are never used to train models.
12 Can I transcribe calls?
Only recordings you have the rights to use and, where required, the consent of participants.
13 Which formats?
Common formats include mp3, wav, mp4 and other supported audio/video formats.
14 Languages?
Reel supports 1 language, Tape 3, Deck 10, and Archive 30+.
15 Team seats?
Deck includes 5 seats; Archive includes 15 seats.
