Scribewave collects information needed to operate the storefront, respond to inquiries, support purchases through an external payment provider when connected, and deliver activation information. Uploads, when transcription is enabled, are processed for transcription and are never used to train models. Scribewave does not use uploaded recordings as model-training data.

Upload only recordings you have the rights or permissions to process. Depending on the final service configuration, recordings may be temporarily handled by transcription infrastructure to generate requested transcripts. Payment details should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by this static site. The production operator should publish exact retention periods and subprocessors before launch.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable by using the operator's contact channel. Contact details are intentionally blank in this template when none were supplied. Basic technical information may be used for security and site operation. Cookies are described separately.
